Le Sueur County Pioneer Power Dresselville Creamery

The Dresselville Creamery originally sat about 1.5 miles west of the Pioneer Power show grounds. It was built in the 1890’s. Farmers from the local area patronized the creamery by hauling their butterfat to the creamery and the finished product being butter. When this building was first moved to the Pioneer Power grounds it was used as the Pancake House. Loren Riebel of Le Sueur, Mn. has returned it back to its original condition. It now houses antique creamery and milking equipment.

We would like to find a life size plastic Holstein cow to put on display outside our creamery. If any one knows of one please contact Loren Riebel at 507-665-2973. Thanks!
